Why can`t I post a classified ad?

I have a yahoo account but I am unable to arrive at the post ad page

Many people have reported this problem in the last 2 weeks. Try help.yahoo.com and they will fix it for you. Some people also have luck getting Yahoo Support thru Messenger Chat..
